Return Service

If goods are damaged or defective when you received the goods, please contact Customer Services through our website, or by email cs@infimedi.com or Whatsapp to 6172 1077 within 7 working days. We will contact you for the return/ refund arrangement. Please kindly help to get the purchase record/receipt ready.


We will not accept the following reasons:

Due to hygienic reasons, all personal items (e.g., face mask, gloves and personal protective equipment) and all expendable items (e.g., ph Paper) will not qualify for an exchange or refund.

- The returned/ refund will be free of charge if there is a defect in the goods and no misuse of the products.

-  Our CS might request photos and/or videos of the product. 


Before placing the orders, customers should understand and agree:
