We will contact you for the return/ refund arrangement. Please kindly help to get the purchase record/receipt ready.
We will not accept the following reasons:
Due to hygienic reasons, all personal items (e.g., face mask, gloves and personal protective equipment) and all expendable items (e.g., ph Paper) will not qualify for any exchange or refund.
- The returned/ refund will be free of charge if there is any goods defect under correct application of the goods.
