| TEST PROCEDURE | |
| 1. | Remove one strip from the bottle at a time and replace the cap tightly. |
| 2. | Completely immerse reagent areas of the strip in fresh, well-mixed urine. Remove the strip immediately to avoid the dissolving out of reagent areas. |
| 3. | While removing, tap the strip against the rim of the urine container to remove excess urine. Blot the urine strip on length-wise edge, on absorbent paper. Avoid running over (contamination from adjacent reagent pads). |
| 4. | Compare each reagent area to its corresponding color blocks, shown on the color chart and read between 1-2 minutes (except Leukocytes) specified. Proper read-time is critical for optimal results. |
| 5. | Obtain results by direct color chart comparison. |

Shipping Method and Fee
Disposing of Unclaimed /Return Goods
- If goods are not collected within 14 days, they will be returned to us. Your order may be canceled. There will be HK$200 handling charge. The delivery charge (if applicable) is not refundable.
- If the delivery fails due to various factors such as an unattended recipient address upon arrival of goods, we will contact you for delivery rearrangement. There will be HK$200 handling charge. The delivery charge (if applicable) is not refundable.
Delivery Schedule
Delivery should be completed within 3-7 days of order confirmation.
Additional Charges
- For delivery location that can only be accessed through staircases, there will be additional delivery charge of HK$20 per floor, and up to 8 floors.
- The one who signs and receives the goods should get your authorization and consider as your representative to receive the goods.
Inclement Weather Arrangement
The delivery services are unavailable when Typhoon Signal #No.8 or the Black Rainstorm signal is hoisted or delivery is considered unsafe in a specific situation.
In the event of inconsistency between the English version and any other language translations, the English version shall prevail. Infinity Medical Limited reserved the right for the final decision in all matters related to this service.
